Summit was founded by Dr. Greta Zeimetz, DBA, CAE, SHRM-SCP, an experienced nonprofit and association executive who has spent more than two decades leading organizations, managing complex operations, working with boards, developing revenue, and turning strategy into action.

• Reducing expenses by more than $1 million within a $10 million budget. 

• Generating substantial new revenue through education, programs, and partnerships. 

• Leading strategic planning and organizational change.

• Working directly with boards and executive leadership teams.

• Managing human resources, operations, technology, and organizational infrastructure.
